Anyone had bad experiences with giving these to their dogs?

Dentley'sâ„¢ Stuffed Knuckle Bone Dog Treat | Bones & Rawhide | PetSmart

It's the only bone I typically buy for my dogs but I think my dog has gotten really constipated from it this time around, considering not buying them bones anymore. Can anyone recommend a good alternative? I liked those bones because they kept my dogs busy for so long but I don't want to run into a similar situation in the future.

^^Sorry! I was on my phone and it just quit on me! ^^

Anyway, I don't give any knuckle bones or weight bearing bones from large animals, due to the fact that they are bad to break teeth. In fact I don't give rec bones at all. The only time I give chews is for teething puppies, and then I give frozen raw pig ears for them.

We have a grocery store here that carries them. Just look around at local, usually smaller groceries. They would be more likely to either have them, or be able to order them for you. They are pretty cheap, too.
