I've always pronounced it the way you'd say "origin"

I pronounce it just like Origin - I had contacted them once, when Tessa was younger and they said the name came from the originating diet of dogs (i.e.: more quality meat, low carb, biologically appropriate, etc). Can't remember the whole story, but the rep definitely said it's pronounced like Origin.
