Its great to have a fenced back yard. I did this for my dog. She wont pee or pooh in the back yard but will go on walks. I tried some things I have found online. I play with her and if she does go I praise her. She did great when I was dog sitting my daughters dog but wont go by herself. when we go outside she just sits there waiting to go back in. I want to be able to open the back door and have her go out and do her business. whats the use of having a fencing yard if I have to go out with her all the time. NEED HELP.

A fenced yard prevents them from running away sometimes.
Obviously inside is much more appealing than outside for your dog.
Just go outside with her for now, and treat if she does her business. Do this for a few weeks.
Then start hiding a treat outside in the morning before you let her out so that going outside has a high value. Do that for a few weeks.
When she returns do not immediately feed, treat, cuddle, or anything else good she can associate with going inside.
