Hi,
When I let me dog off the lead in parks, when we are leaving, he has recently started coming back to me on the 3rd or so recall (in his own time) and makes a habit of sniffing around or some form of lingering behaviour before eventually coming to me. When he does final sit to have his lead put on, he generally sits at a distance I can't reach him or with his back to me.
Can anyone help explain why he may be doing this all of a sudden?
