Also try Southern Animal Foundation, 1823 Magazine St, New Orleans, LA 70130, (504) 671-8235, also try the SPCA 1700 Mardi Gras Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70114, (504) 368-5191. TO be blunt...call every vet in New Orleans and surrounding area (GOOGLE THEM). The condition of this dog is unacceptable.
