Today was a hectic day. I found out through someone else about a person that moved out of their house and left his 2 dogs behind!!!

The new owners moved in to find the 2 dogs chained to their dog houses!! As if their abandonment wasn't bad enough, one of them has only half a front paw and a toe missing from his back paw.

Here are my new temporary fosters.

I am sitting here at my desk crying. They look like my Muggsy. He was the best dog and he would have died chained out in the yard away from his people. I just ... can't. Shelters are a thing, why would you leave your poor dogs to starve?

jclark343 - unfortunately his feet are not a deformation, the owner told the new people that he was run over by a lawn mover.
