I don’t know what it’s called in english but have you trained (the direct translate from swedish at least) voluntary handling?

It’s about gradually building up acceptance for handling.

Here’s a video demonstrating how it works. You start slowly where the dog is comfortable and reward while gradually building up acceptance.
Enjoy the relaxing lullaby 😅

Something else that can work for some dogs is to have one person giving treats and attention, redirecting and keeping them occupied, while the other person trims the nails.

My black lab maya will not let anyone touch her feet so we can't clip her nails any ideas and tips. Thank you in advance.
You can get a net bag. It has perfect holes to let slip your dog's nails. And then you can cut its nail. You can also sedate your dog before you are going to cut Maya's nails. You can do it by restraining your dog Maya's movement.
Or you can also do another thing. You can offer your dog's favorite snacks so that your dog will give its paws willingly. You need to keep clippers in one hand. On the other hand, you need to hold your dog's favorite snacks.
