I'm afraid advertising your dog for mating is against forum rules, but regardless of that, this is not a responsible way to get into breeding.

First, you need to consider what makes him an exceptional example of his breed, in terms of conformation and temperament. Has he been independently assessed, for example in the show ring? I'd also want to know any history of CMSM in his lines going back to at least great grandparents.

Then, you not only need to find a bitch with the same level of quality, you need to find one that his traits and characteristics will complement.

The way you do this is by getting to know many other Maltese owners, normally through showing for this breed.

A lot of male dogs undergo a change in their temperament after breeding, are you aware of that and prepared for it?

These a lot more to responsible breeding than putting two dogs together. And, at this time, when there has been an excess of bad breeding during COVID, the last thing we need is more badly bred dogs.
