My 11 yr old lab was attacked , during this the attacker bit her neck - back and shook her back and forth, he now has a watery sloshing noise under her scruff when I pet her, it's tender but she's fine otherwise. Should I worry?

Take her to the vet. There could be infection, if it gets bad she may need a drain. Last month my basset was attacked and shaken back and forth by a larger dog. I took him to the vet and he was put on antibiotics, something for pain and an immune system booster. It was a two week course of antibiotics and by the end he was doing so much better. With bite infection can develop under the skin and you may not notice it til it gets bad. Better safe than sorry. I hope your dog gets better.

Get her to a Vet. The risk of infection from a bite wound is high, and deadly if not treated.
