Our 7 month old shih tzu who has been unwell (The cause is unknown) has been recommended kefir to help balance the bacteria in his stomach. We've researched kefir and have decided this may help towards his recovery so we have started to feed it to him but how much should we be giving him?

Ditto Holly. Because your vet knows what has been going on with your dog and recommended the use of this, they could better guide you on how much to give :) Hope your dog feels better soon!

I give 1/4 cup with each meal. Make sure its plain and organic if possible.
