My youngest dog has a major problem with jumping up to take food from peoples hands. At training he knows everybody has food and so jumps up at peoples hands even if there isn't food in their hands. Out on walks or in the park he never jumps up unless he knows the person has treats. Then he jumps and tries to snatch the food. I don't let anybody give him treats at all except myself and have been doing this for about 4 months. I have asked people to turn away or walk away if he jumps up on them but this is having no effect what so ever. He takes treats from peoples hands without jumping if they have their hands down low enough for him to reach.

I am afraid that one of these days he is going to snap someones fingers hard accidentally and it will be seen as aggression. I need him to learn that taking food from other peoples hands is wrong but I don't know how to teach him. Any advice please? :ponder:
