[Terriermon]

Does anyone here own a jagdterrier/german hunt terrier? My puppy Unna who I have described as 'terrier mix' is actually a jagdterrier. I felt a bit nervous of admitting that at first, because, well, if you google this breed you will find a lot of mentions of how they are not suitable as pets. Unna is a handful but now she is 4 months old I am really happy with her temperament, insane prey drive but very friendly to people and dogs (just a bit intense for most dogs). She is extremely independent already which is challenging but she also learns amazingly fast and will do what I ask as long as she sees her "payment"

This breed rarely appears in N. America. Those that are here are jealously guarded by hunters. Unna's litter was an "oops", guy had a male and wanted another just for a pet, so imported female from Serbia with the intention to spay. Before that happened their young son disobeyed and let the dogs out together to "play" and well you know.
Unnas litter found new homes within a few days of being ready, and I'd love to find someone who has one, or just anyone with this breed, to discuss them with!
