Found a small bump on my MinPins head. It's about the size of a popcorn kernal. It has a small black center. I can't see any legs. It's visible without pulling the hair back. Please see the attached images. Thanks for any help!

Doesn't look like one to me. May be a mole or wart. Something like that, you could have your vet check it out if you're worried about it.
Thanks for the reply. Taking him to the vet tomorrow to have it checked out. Just wanted to get an idea of what it might be.
annageckos was right. It was not a tick - just a skin tag!
