Is it supposed to look like this?

My dogs area looks a bit red as he has been licking there more than usual. Is this normal or should I take him to the vet? Anyone had something similar happen? Picture attached.. may be sensitive to view to some.

Keep an eye on it. If he keeps licking, or if it gets more red/inflamed, have a,word with your vet.

I believe the above post suggests a vet. @jfhtec1 please could you post in English in future, that's the language used on the forum.
