yea, it is possible. You just have to do your homework on it. Depending on the landlord, some require a deposit for the dog(s), some only allow small dogs, or just one. Some will not allow pets at all to move in, whether it is outside or not. I guess you just have to ask, ask, ask. Eventually you will find someone who will allow it. Remember, you may get 50 "no's" before you get 1 yes. GOOD LUCK!
