Aggie is a 13 year old male regular size Schnauzer, neutered years ago.
Charlie is a 6 month old male minature Schnauzer, not fixed.

Charley agressive and full of life as a normal puppy, but constantly attacking the old Aggie boy. Charlie is screaming as he attacks, and the old Aggie can't get away, from aggressive Charley. What is this behavior all about?

Charley learns fast, and can chase are retrieve a ball already.

There could be any number of reasons why this us happening, Charlie is just coming into adolescence so will have raging hormones; perhaps there is competition for a toy, food, a sunny place to lie - my first step would to get Aggie vet checked for a condition that Charlie may have detected but hasn't shown symptoms for yet, including blood tests.

But you really must keep them separate, it's not fair and must be awful for Aggie to be regularly attacked. And it's probably very stressful for Charlie too.

Thank you! Aggie has had an auto immune disease for years and has been taken to the vet regularly. Possibly Charley has picked up on this as you said?

Yes, it is quite possible. But as I said, it could be competition for something they prize. You should have a look at our thread on resource guarding too -
