My frenchie’s nose has been a little dry and crusty this season and I‘ve been putting nose butter which has been helping. I always make sure to wipe the wrinkles on his face but I don’t always apply his wrinkle/skin balm because he’s not very calm about it. His wrinkles have never gotten irritated but now they are so I applied the balm but I just want to make sure it’s not anything more than a little irritation and does anyone know what could have caused this? It’s a little red and kind of purple. I’ll put pictures in the post. Could it be from rubbing his face in the grass or the carpet since he has a flat face?

That's a deep rope - it probably is because of his shape but the carpet won't help.

Purely just a thought has moisture got inbetween them that might be causing irritation?. Make sure when bathing or swimming ect that its dried thoroughly between skin folds, easier said than done in that position i know.
