I have an album of pics here: https://imgur.com/gallery/yfmJ4

His adoption papers from the shelter said Welsh Springer Spaniel, but he doesn't really look like one.
I looked at some images of a c*ck-a-mo, and he sort of resembles some of them but he's lacking the puff atop his head that most have, and his ears are smaller than most c*ck-a-mos. They almost never stand up like an eskie, but his features largely resemble one in certain areas, such as his black lips, pink skin, super soft white double-coat, neck fluff, and tail that curves up over the back.
His behavior seems similar to what I've read about american eskimo dogs. He does not like strangers, and he cannot stand being away from the people in my house. I live with my SO and our friend, and when even one of us leaves, he's beside himself with sadness and anxiety.

Also, his howls and vocalizations sound almost exactly like this guy:

So... what do you guys think? Any guesses? Thanks for reading :)

When I read that the shelter said he was a Welsh Springer Spaniel I was expecting something that at least looked similar like an English Springer or Brittany lol. Where did they get Welsh Springer? xD Besides not looking anything like one, they are also a pretty rare breed. Not likely that they're roaming the neighborhood making "oops" litters.

My guess would be that he might have some chihuahua, dachshund, Pomeranian in him. Not sure what else, could be any of those breeds or none of them. He could have many breeds in his background- many mixed breed dogs have more than two or three in them. Do an Embark DNA test if you want to know for sure!
