Hey everyone,

I'm Leland and I've been reading this forum for the past few months now. And recently I decided to create an account so I can share an experience with you.

Let me tell you the backstory first. Luzu(a mixed breed dog) was a happy and playful dog even though he was in his adult life.

But at one point he became more lazy(than before) and distant from us, he did not wanted to play with us anymore, which at first we thought that it might be some illness or just adult life.

We tried a lot of vet/dog experts but at the end the results were absolute zero. The common answer was "It might be stress related".

We did not knew what to do and a friend of mine did some bioenergetic work on herself and she mentioned that the practitioner does the same energy work on his animals(horse & dogs). We had nothing to lose, so why not try it.

We paid for one session which was 27$(I think) and he did his energy work remotely(from his home). The results were pretty quick actually. I still don't understand what happened but he said that Luzu had some emotional trauma that made him feel bad(depressed).

I know that it sounds woo-woo but I'm thankful for what this man did for me and my family. To be honest every time I hear someone complaining about their chronic moodiness and stress whether it is related to themselves or their pets I refer them to him.

If you are having similar problems with your dog I can give you his contact information. He loves to work both with humans and animals.

[I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this thread]

Okay, so your dog was depressed due to emotional trauma. What actions did you then take to alleviate this problem with your dog? You left that out of the story. Knowing the problem is part of the problem and having a course of action to fix the problem is the next step. So? Or will that info cost me $27?

"Energy work" is where someone "corrects" the flow of energy in a person (or in this case, dog), and with energy flowing correctly though the body, issues like depression are supposedly corrected.

So OP did explain what was done (and that they believed the issue is fixed).

I am personally highly suspicious of energy work, especially when done from a distance like this. But, OP, I'm glad to hear your dog is doing better.

I apologize for my lacking regarding this type of fix. Could you please explain how one corrects the flow of energy in a dog and I already am suspicious that this fix could be made from afar. Just call me old fashioned I guess.

I have no idea. :)

Like I said, I'm suspicious of it, too. I just know that they claim to "correct" the energy flow. Reiki is a more commonly known version of energy work, but also is hands-on, rather than from a distance. But now there are people who supposedly do energy work from a distance.

Aha! Here's a wikipedia article on it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy_medicine

Like I said, I don't subscribe to it. Was just explaining that, in the OP's mind, they explained what was done--energy work.
