Please help! I was in another room for 3-4 minutes and I came out to discover my 25 pound puppy had taken a razor off the bath tub ledge and was chewing on it. I looked everywhere and couldn't find the scraps from it so I think she swallowed a small portion of one of the three blades on the razor (photo is attached). I fed her three slices of bread to help pad it and don't know what else to do besides feed her more in a little bit. The portion she swallowed is small but still sharp and metal, obviously. She doesn't have any cuts or blood in her mouth and is happily chewing on a rope now. Any help at all is appreciated!!! Thanks!

A quick X-ray by your vet will easily tell you if she ingested any part of the blades. If your vet is not open then you need to find an emergency vet to take her to. Razor blades are sharp and can very easily puncture the gastrointestinal tract.

You might find your vet will recommend 'watching and waiting' rather that dive in after a dinky piece of razor, even if it shows up on the radiographs. A small piece like that will likely make its way through your pet's GI tract with few problems (particularly once it makes it past the stomach). Dogs can pass a lot of sharp stuff through their guts as long as it's small, as the gut tissue is good at retracting just a bit from a sharp edge and often manages to pass things like that right on through (might cause a bit of bleeding at the anus, but usually that is only problem spot). However, if it does not seem to passing the stomach area, an exploratory might be indicated.

That looks like a good bit of razer missing that might have been swallowed, and as sharp as they are, they would easily cut intestine, stomach etc... Please don't take the wait and see approach. Go to the vet for x rays immedietly!
