I'm Tammy I don't drive but my husband does - a Ford truck - Fin loves to sit in the middle. We live in KY in Louisville but we get to the country every weekend.
Fin is a Chihuahua mix (a little Coyote and crocodile too.) She's so cute ❤ I take a lot of pictures of her. She's changed our lives?so thanks for having us I can't wait to see everyone's loves and meet you all?

Hello Tammy,
It sounds like your little "coyote" is a lucky little duck.
Isn't it funny how many nicknames we can come up with for our fur-babies?
Our dachshund puppy also goes by "little man", "good boy", "my little fox", "munchkin" and "little rascal".

We are empty nesters and enjoy this second family with our furbabies! My husband and I just talked about this very thing this morning. We wouldn't want to have it any other way! :)

Hi Tammy,

I'm another empty nester with another little dog. "Miss Laurel Famdamily Waggytail" is going to acquire a more sensible AKC name by the time I get her registered after her spay, but she does have enough Chi in her for me to understand (or at least SQUEEEEEEE over) Fin stories and Fin photo threads.

When I first reincarnated myself as "Laurel's Mom", I used to say she was 1/3 Pit Bull, 1/3 Golden Retriever, and 1/3 Gerbil. Since Chihuahuas are a continuous contact species, I doubt if it was more than a week before I brought her home to the doggie sling under my green sweatshirt where she lived until she finished her puppy shots before it spontaneously evolved into 1/3 Chi puppy, 1/3 kitten, and 1/3 human infant.

Since I have to pay off the normal and necessary new puppy expenses on my credit card before I can save up for a DNA test, God knows what she really is, she just looks more like a Yorkie cross than the MinPin cross I was told she was.

We're rural too, but not rural enough! I don't have a husband so I converted my old "mom-mobile" into a silly corny DIY camper for me and my tiny fur family to have tiny adventures in our tiny county. My not-fur kids and their daddies would be so embarassed if they ever found out, but frankly, my dear, I don't give a.....

Laurel is my eldest doggie daughter and we are enjoying being a pack of two for however long that lasts.
