Well, you might have to go over the training on teaching her not to pee in the crate, also try not to let happen too much otherwise she may develop a habit which may be hard to correct, as I can see so far, she is now developing a habit because, you weren't there to correct her for peeing in the crate so she may start thinking it's ok, but as long as you take action quickly and not let this happen to often, it should be ok, but as always good luck
