Have I ruined the crate forever?

We screwed up a couple days ago and left our relatively new 7 month old dog in the crate longer than she could hold it. She peed in the crate. In the past week she hadn't had any trouble going 7-8 hours in the crate while we were at work or sleeping, but this was closer to 10 hours. Since the incident she's been crated for a couple of hours at a time and not had an issue, as well as being crated for up to 9 hours while we were sleeping without an issue.
Today was the first day we were both back at work after the weekend and I left her for 7.5 hours. I got home and she had peed in the crate.
Does this mean she no longer considers the crate a place to not pee? Is there any way to make it work again?

Nope, my dog had a bad habit of eating gross things in the backyard, including mulberries. This once lead to explosive vomiting and diarrhea while I was at work, unbeknownst to me. Once the crate was fully clean life went back to normal after a few days. She was a bit nervous to go in, but I think she learned not to eat the freaking mullberries. (factual bit--mullberries are not harmful in themselves, but ferment very easily, so her reaction was most likely more of an intoxication reaction)
I would encourage you to chill, and then let us know if something does go wrong. Your anxiety, at this point, is more likely to cause harm than any crate accident did.
