Harness for Tiny Dog?

Well, Delilah ate through her generic back clip harness.

She needs a new harness but I'm not sure what to get her.

She had an easy walk harness as well- that irritated the skin under her arms and at one point actually cut it open. So we stopped using that.

The back clip harness was okay, but I still noticed her skin her skin would be red after long walks.

She has a very thin coat and delicate skin- I think she needs something padded.

We went to petsmart and they had a padded harness that I liked: Top Paw® Dog Harness | Harnesses | PetSmart

BUT the extra small was way too big for her.

The only tiny harnesses they had were dumb- they were really cheap and they were all like pink and had big, gaudy bows attached to them- that sort of thing.

I just want a nice, comfortable harness for my tiny dog. She's 6 lbs and has a girth of 13 inches.

Is Julius K9 a good brand? I like this color, but do you think the big clip on it would rub against or pinch her skin? IDC® Powerharness, Aquamarine, Size: Baby1 - IDC® Powerharness

Any other ideas?

Zody is 10.8 lbs and I use the Tiny Trotter by PupPanace on him. It's a fleece harness that is no choke and the owner of the shop will custom fit the harness if necessary which it is for Zody. https://www.etsy.com/listing/198899...otter-fleece-lined-dog?ref=shop_home_active_4

I did have a bit of a problem with the velcro she used on Zody's last harness so you might want to ask about that if you decide to try the harness. The velcro wasn't strong enough and kept unfastening.

I like that Julius K9 harness! I have the Dean & Tyler harness which is very similar and I like it a lot! Easy to put on, easy to adjust, and the chest strap doesn't go anywhere near the throat to choke them! Very very heavy duty as far as wear & tear goes!
