I don't think there is a puppy food that is below 24% protein and grain free. I know RC is around 15% protein, but they are definitely not grain free.

You could try looking for an ALS food. Personally I understand high protein diets are richer, but I have no issue having a pup eat a diet around 30% protein. It doesn't cause growth issues at all, that is all up to the phos/calcium ratio, it would be richness that I'd worry about but that depends on the dog. - My own dog was raised on Orijen LBP which is 38% protein and had no issues.

Ask your breeder which brands of kibble she would suggest.

Is there a nig difference in feeding a puppy adult food?
Depends on the kibbles' formulations. I know a lot of shepherd and labrador breeders that don't feed puppy food at all. So long as the phos/calcium ratio is 1.1:1 or 1.3:1 to prevent issues with growth.
