Hello! I’m pretty new to this platform but I’ve been googling what has been occurring to my golden and I’m getting a wide variety of answers and was wondering if someone could help me ....

I’ve noticed that my golden recently has a pinkish bump on the top of her nose and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it is... I thought it was a burn at first (she gets herself into weird situations) but then I feel like it has grown?? I’m not 100% sure.. but please respond with some feedback so I know whether it’s worth a trip to the vet!

Well, I'm not a veterinarian but what it looks like to me is that something got under the skin, maybe a bit of a thistle or something. It doesn't look infected or open so if it were my dog I would probably just monitor it to make sure it isn't getting worse and then show it to the vet during the dog's next check up.

That said, I have to stress again that I'm not a vet so your best bet is to send this picture to the vet and ask them what they think.
