At Christmas we went somewhere where dogs weren't allowed, so Sammy stayed with my older brother for a couple of weeks. He has a dog, & Sammy caught fleas off him. We've been trying to get rid of them for ages, but they won't go away. We're using Frontline Plus flea stuff.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them. What do you think about Frontline?

Do you also deflea your home, as you could be getting them off your dog but they might then they could be in your dogs blankets and could reinfest your dog from there :)

Keep the bedding clean and DRY (that's very important). It's probable that your dog is being reinfested from an environmental reservoir. Check the bedding for flea larvae and cocoons (little worm looking things, and small granular pupae), keep your dog away from places where fleas might reside (damp, dusty, shaded areas the dog lies in) and keep treating him/her according to the product
