Recently both dogs (a total of 3 times) have attacked our smallest cat that we have had since April 2019. Any ideas of what might be causing this and/or how to correct the behavior. Our cat is tiny and disabled so I am afraid that we will be too late one of these days.

I don't know much about cats but that really isn't fair on him and must be terrifying.

Does he have a safe, dog free area he can always access? If not, you really must stop this by using baby gates or similar.
