Shorty whines, a lot. I honestly don't even hear it anymore. He does what you said, whines with every breath, sometimes I find it kind of funny. Normally about an hour or so before diner he will start non stop until I feed them. He whines when he is excited or just because sometimes. I have no idea what you could do to stop it.
