Hi! I have a 9 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Every time he lifts his leg to pee (and I mean every time), it gets on his leg. We've somehow lived with it for this long, but is there anything I could do about it? It's... Disgusting.

Wash them? That's really all you can do.

Well yes, that certainly helps, but I don't want to wash him too much. :ponder:
You can't do anything other than that. You can't train a dog to aim when it pees.

Maybe put like leg wraps or leg covers on your dog when he goes out on walks or for a pee break?

I just grab my dog's leg just as he starts and reposition it. It's only positioned wrong about 20% of the time now. He usually remembers how to put his legs but of course he forgets when he has to go really bad.
