We have a 6 month old hound mix. We hot her house trsined by 4.5 months, and she was doing really well with ringing a bell by the door to go outside. She is a hyper dog so we recently started incorporating more activity during the day, (longer walks, shorts runs, more play) when she is tired instead of going outside to pee, she will start "digging" her bed and just squat at pee! We can usually grab her and drag her outsideoutside before she completely empties her bladder, but what happened?

I would get rid of the bed for now and just use a towel or mat they are easier to keep clean. The bed probably has the scent in it and it is hard to wash out. Get some cleaner like natures miracle and wash the area where her bed is. If she does the same thing with the towel you will have to remove that to and just let her sleep on the floor for a while.

You might want to have her checked for a UTI.........she may not be able to 'hold it' if she has a urinary tract infection!
