Hi there, new to these forums. My dog, Odin, was diagnosed last night at the ER vet with gastritis. He has had an episode of this before but it had been more severe by the time he was treated. They sent him home with SQ fluids, metronidazole and cerenia for nausea. This morning he was very disoriented and wobbly. My question is, he hasn't urinated all day long. I am unsure if I should wait it out and maybe it will correct itself or if I need to be concerned. He has only eaten small amounts of a bland diet today and has had three infusions of fluids. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

I'd call the ER vet and let them know he hasn't urinated. Tell them about all the symptoms you're seeing. Much as I'd like to offer some advice, only a vet can assess what's going on. I hope he's better soon.
