We got our dog Oscar a new vest to keep warm but when we put it on him, he freezes. Anyone know why this is? We caught it on tape, pretty funny!

He is not used to the feeling of it. My Bichon, Max, did this at first with a sweater to prevent his snow from getting clumped into his fur. I just took him outside and acted goofy. Screamed, ran around, waved my arms ... I got him to want to run and play with me. If your dog is treat motivated then that should help as well.
