Hypoallergenic
No bite/kid friendly
No bark
Less grooming
Less exercise needs

Most of the breeds that are hypoallergenic are the non shedding ones so they do need grooming. But importantly, there is no guarantee you won't be allergic, saliva and dander trigger allergies too.

No such dog.

All dogs will bark at some point

Most dogs can be child friendly but all dogs will bite if they are not treated with respect

Hypoallegenic is misleading, and as @JoanneF pointed out most that claim to be hypoallergenic will require the grooming so they dont meet your no grooming requirement

Can I ask, if you want a dog that needs no exersize or grooming expect it not to vocalise or cause allergies why do you really want a dog? Most people get a dog because they want a friend to walk with or take care of, or a home protector who will bark and scare away intruders. It just seems a bit daft to get a dog if you dont want it to be any of the things dogs are..
