I have never had a problem with buying the soup bones at the store for my dogs until today. Pixie, my 10 month old Poodle came in from outside with a bone wedged over her lower jaw. After twisting and turning it and not able to get it off and being on my own, I was all set to load her up and drive up to the Vet for help. I must have turned it just the right way and she scratched at it with her front foot and it fell off. I hate not being able to give them the bones so I stopped in town at a butcher and asked if they could cut some bones not the usual 4 inches but about six inches long and that should stop that problem.
