Hi guys,
I recently got a Boston Terrier that suffers from allergy symtoms (redness on his face and belly + itchy eyes). I have put him on an elimination food trial by feeding him a pure duck food and planned to do this for 10 weeks. Now, after 3 weeks, the dog found the cat's food and ate couple of bites! Does this mean I have to start over or should this not influence the results too much?
Thanks!

I don't think it will affect it massively. If you are unsure, continue the duck diet to 12 weeks rather than 10.

Hello I work at a holistic pet store and I don’t think it should impact it too bad. It usually takes anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months for the food to fully go through the dogs system and clear out. Are you feeding a dry kibble, wet, freeze dried, or raw diet?
