If a dog is fostered and then adopted, and the adopter returns the dog due to whatever reasons - is it true that it's better for the dog to be returned to the original foster as opposed to some other foster?

Like, the dog establishes a close bond with the original foster, then leaves the foster and starts to forget somewhat, and then back to that foster, and then off again? Is that necessarily better for the dog?

Also, was thinking, maybe a different foster could end up adopting the dog themselves which would be good too.

Are you really interested in this question, or is this just another thread starter from the land of trolls? I've noticed you've been banned at the other site, after posting your rant about dog ownership.

Truly we are glad to help you if you have a specific concern regarding a specific dog. If so, please be specific. Tell us the dog's name, show us pictures, tell us about it in more detail rather than generalities.

Thanks

even though the OP has been banned, i think that we could offer some valuable insight on this one. IMO, the dog would be better off to remain with whomever it is familiar already. dogs (all animals that i can think of for that matter) do best when their world is familiar and predictable... if a huge life change like that has to happen to the dog, it would be best if it went with someone/into some situation that it was used to.
