Dark spots on dogs coat and fur won't grow back after operation
Hi,
I have a 6 year old Weimaraner X German shorthaired pointer. He WAS a lovely dark brown colour. He had an op in April 2015 for a twisted stomach so was shaved left right and centre. The fur still hasn't grown back on his stomach and he has lots of spots on his fur now! They started as a patch on his back leg, then to his ears, now on his side and down his legs???!
Any ideas? I tried changing his diet to raw but it didn't make any changes ( 2 months after change)
I have his sister, who is silver/grey of the Weimaraner and she has no similar problems, a very healthy, shiny coat.
