My 3 month old bull mastiff cross ,Digby, was outside digging in the yard (she is currently in training for this) and came across a massive pane of smashed glass we didn't know was there. She has cut one of her paw pads on her toe quite deep. Its stopped bleeding but I was after some advice on what I can do for it at home as I haven't got a car and the closest vet is 2.5kms away and would hate to make her walk on it. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You really need to make sure all the glass is out, use a torch & tweezers & look for any tiny glinting. Soak the foot to help wash out any tiny bits. Dont rub. Pat dry gently. Clean with saline solution, add an antisceptic then aloe vera & bandage it.
