Hi, this is a vid of my heeler chewing on her antler. I'm not really sure where the line between nicely-entertaining-myself-with-a-bone and destroying-my-teeth-attacking-this-thing-until-it-dies is. Should I be worried that she might break a tooth or is this normal acceptable gnawing? I don't want to take it away because she loves it so much and it's keeping her occupied but I don't want an expensive vet bill.

Enjoy the music my dad is playing in the background :p

There's always a risk of teeth fracturing with bones. Anything that is as hard as a tooth can crack a tooth- this includes things like antlers and my guess would be also includes things like hooves. If you 100% want to avoid any risk, my advice would be to looks for chews that won't crack teeth. Personally, I keep a good store of nylabones around of various shapes and flavors to keep my heavy chewers occupied. My pups also occasionally like to worry at some of their kong products.
