There are two things that come to my mind. First that this is a act of "kindness" between the dogs showing they consider themselves part of the same pack and your parent's Frenchie is grooming your Dachshund. Second could be that the frenchie is just simply addicted to the taste of ear wax...
Chewing Ears?
My parent's Frenchie has taken to always going after my Dachshund's ears. He's always chewing and licking them to the point their soaked in slobber. She looks like a soaked rat by the end of it. Anyone else ever experienced this?
