I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel,Chispita. She is smaller than most Cavaliers, but everybody says she is cuter than most Cavaliers because she is smaller.
Welcome to the forum beth! I don't have any Cavaliers, but I have to say that I think they are neat little dogs! I'd have one! Do you have any pics of her???
I'd love to hear about your Cavalier, I'm really interested in making that my next breed. I have 3 dogs now, a sheltie, a beagle and a daschund, so I need to wait a bit before getting another. How long have you had her?
What is the best food for an 8 week old king charles please, dry or wet food please? I will be getting my king charles soon and I do not know what is the best food to buy for him.
When he first comes to you, it's best to keep him on the same food as his breeder was feeding, to reduce the number of changes in his life from all happening at once. Then, have a look at the ingredients. Do you really want to change it, or are the ingredients good quality?
That looks like a decent food, it has clearly labelled ingredients with a good proportion of meat. If he does well on it, I'd probably keep feeding that brand, just changing onto the adult version once he is grown.
First of all I hope you enjoy the picture of Wallace grown up now
I wanted to ask a question about food, I wanted to know if it's ok to mix chicken with dog food everyday? and if it is if it's ok to do so with every meal?
Also what kind of food can I mix with the dog food?
Unfortunately he is sort of a picky eater and he gets tired of the same taste after some time.
