I just noticed this on my dog and cannot tell what it is. Can anyone tell what this is or have you seen it before?

It may help if we can see it in a picture with more of the dog, we can't see where it is in these pictures !

It is on his back left leg. Close to his butt

I'd send that photo to your vet.
