canadog harness fails in quality and service

We purchased a very expensive harness set from canadog just over a year ago. The harness blew apart and the leash lost its elasticity within 10 months. Junk. They were unreceptive to our concern and told us the warranty was one year, period. Rude owners hiding behind a weak product. Tip: do the research and buy good gear, this company writes its own reviews.

That's good to know. I did purchase a harness and 3-in-1 tow line from them that fell apart fairly quickly-supposed to be ripstop material. I like the light weight harness in general but it is harder to adjust. I was thinking on purchasing from them again but now will think twice on it. My collar that I got from them has held up well, but then again it is not an every day collar either. Thank you!
