It could be, or it might be something more serious. It really isn't possible to diagnose from a photo, with things like this I usually keep them clean and see if they go away; but if they don't, or if they get worse, I'm afraid it's a vet trip.
Can you identify this sore on my dog's lower lip
Just noticed this bump on my dog's lower lip. Doesn't seem to be bothering him and it's not oozing or anything. Wondering what it could be! Spider or insect bite maybe?
