This morning I woke up and my dog has a bump on his nose! It seems to be kinda swollen and looks red but it doesn't seem to bother him! Does anyone know what this could be?

Cant get a good look at it from those small photos, but very common place for ringworm (a dermatophyte or skin fungus) to show up on a dog, particularly ones that dig in the dirt a lot. Ringworm is potentially contagious to people so wash your hands after touching it… Anyway, a closer shot will make it easier to make a better guess as to what is going on there.
