So, I have a 3 year old female spayed lab/collie mix. She recently went to vet because she was vomiting and had really runny bowl movements. She was diagnosed with HGE (http://m.petmd.com/blogs/fullyvetted/2013/march/hemorrhagic-gastroenteritis-hge-in-dogs-29938)
We got that all treated and she has been fine. Now she has this scaly brown rash on her tummy with what looks like pimples. It has spread and it's worrying me. I'm treating her with chlorihexidine and a fungal spray for the last 3 weeks! Some one please share some onsite on what this may be!

looks like a typical rash with some salivary staining (from being licked a lot). Could be from anything that makes a dog itch. Looks like the last shot has a big pimple in it (very focal infection) which could be a cause or result of excessive licking, but may need to be treated if more and more show up.
