I've 2 golden retrievers, brother and sister aged 11 months, I think they have mated. What do i do?

Take the female dog to the vet and get her neutered ASAP. If you have the funds, get the male dog neutered too while you're at it.

Or mismate, but this pregnancy should not be allowed to continue

Talk to your vet. If you are early enough your vet can prescribe hormones that will abort the pregnancy. If you have waited too long for that you need to talk to your vet about other options & the care your dog will need for her current stage of pregnancy. Again, talk to your vet.
