My boy almost 4 years old and he stays outside. We live in north GA and it’s suppose to get to at least 9 degrees tonight and the wind chill in the negatives. My boy has a dog house with blankets in it. Will he be okay or do I need to bring him on the house? Or could I get him a self warning pillow for his little house?
Also he isn’t out in the open. His doghouse in under our covered porch.

If it's not a problem, I suggest that you bring him inside for the duration. They are talking about life-threatening weather, and living where you do; the dog will not be acclimated to the weather that is to come.

I would bring your dog inside. In addition to the 9 degree low, much of Georgia goes into this storm with a prediction of rain before going into a wind chill advisory. An uninsulated dog house, even one with blankets, won't be enough shelter to protect a dog in 9 degree windy conditions, especially if the dog starts out chilled after getting soaked.
