So my 6 year old yorkiepoo Fawn has black flaky sore looking skin on her chin, and it looks raised in places (like how you'd imagine the surface of the moon to look I guess?). I've tried to google loads but haven't managed to find anything. I've only noticed it this morning (1:26 am) because her coat is black with fawn bits, so it's hard to tell black skin underneath it. However it looks like her hairs started to fall out on her chin, maybe from the itching? She's scratching it a lot and it looks really sore, she won't let me touch it at all so she's obviously in a lot of discomfort. Getting my mom to take her to the vets when it's open, was just wondering if anyone from this site has any suggestions or can enlighten me on what it could be? I'm really worried about her
